Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support, including arranging schedules and meetings, taking minutes, prepare reports and presentations, making travel arrangements, distribute minutes etc.
- Process accounting vouchers for expenses.
- Organize team activities
- Assist to coordinate the plan execution between various departments
- File documents
- Support related projects or tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Your qualifications and experience:
- At least 1 year working experience in administrative field.
- The ability to use different communication methods both remotely and face to face.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Chinese and English.
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications such as excel, PPT and softwares.
- Having a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Good understanding of the operation system operated within the company.
- A broad-based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
- Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which DX operates
