Primary Purpose:

Support the implementation of clienteling initiatives and build a strong clienteling culture and capabilities in Coach by closely collaborating with cross-functional partners such as CRM, Training, Merchandising, IT and Retail. Drive retention and sales growth of clients, with focus on top existing clients and new high potential clients.

Drive a proactive and innovative omini channel client experience strategy clearly tied to business priorities with clear sales/ ROI goals; optimize customer acquisition efforts.

Develop and maximize usage of existing in-house digital clienteling platforms to drive retention and according appointments to push sales; provide guidance and training where necessary.

Help store to build up in store influencers and make potential clienteling opportunities by social media platform like: RED, WeChat etc.

Continues driving a strong clienteling culture and build skills in stores by leveraging available global training materials. Partner with Training and Retail to sustain mindset; reinforce through store Managers and on-going team coaching.

The accomplished individual will possess...

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 3-5 years online/offline event planning and implement experience

· Well known about digital social media platform engagement.

· Strong team work and interpersonal skills.

· Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical skills and come up with new ideas and suggestion from these result.

· Ability to implement strategies, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to achieve objectives

· Ability to interact with all level of employees

An outstanding professional will have...

· Strong organizational skill and ability to multi-task project in a dynamic, fast paced environment with shifting priorities

· Luxury brand experience and retail experience

· Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and business level English
