Mission:
- Providing the technical support for all products to customer. To support to reach the annual sales and EBIT target for responsible territory. Ensuring the efficiency of technical and scientific information to distributors and customers and partly the after sales service to make sure that customer needs are covered timely and correctly 负责向客户提供产品的技术支持。支持达成所在区域的年销售额和利润增长目标。确保向代理商和客户提供的技术信息的有效性，以及提供售后服务，能及时、准确地满足客户的需求。

Tasks:
1.Efficient and effective completion of instrument installations at customer sites.有效的完成客户的仪器安装工作
2.Carry out troubleshooting and complaint handling, fixing incidents with optimized costs and quality.发现并解决客户的问题，采取正确的行动满足客户的需求。在任何时间内以最经济和最优的品质解决客户的问题
3.Ensure that all customers are adequately trained on instrumentation. Ensure that customer software is updated timely if new software versions are released permanently improving the quality of our services. 确保所有的客户能参加公司仪器使用的培训。如果公司有了新版软件，能确保客户软件的及时更新。一直不断地改进我们的服务质量。
4.Operation and recording by following Field Service SOP/EHS, centralizing and archiving technical documentation. 根据公司质量体系,环境健康安全(EHS)的要求进行日常工作安全和标准流程操作和记录，对技术文件的存档管理
5.Keep up to date on laboratory technology where relevant, monitoring tools and techniques of competition in client labs, taking part in seminars, congresses or lecture, where appropriate. 参加相关的会议和研讨会紧跟实验室相关技术的发展，掌握客户实验室的技术知识
6.Good cooperation with distributors. 与代理商良好的沟通协调
7.Providing introduction of new tests and instruments to promote reagents.向客户提供新仪器和新项目的介绍，推广试剂项目。
8.Teamwork and encouraging others to adopt best practices, supporting bidding. 团队合作，分享经验， 支持招标。

Knowledge:
1.Technologies:A degree in Technology (Medical Technology), laboratory Medical, major in Immunochemistry, Microbiology, Clinical Chemistry, Diagnostics.
2.Methodologies:Effective communication skills both written and verbal
3.Technologies:Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications
4.Methodologies:Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
5.Profess. Knowl.:Good understanding of the Financial system operated within the company.
6.Profess. Knowl.:A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry.
7.Profess. Knowl.:Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED Dx operates.

Experience:
1.Professional:Good experience in Service within diagnositcs industry. Adequate knowledge about diagnostics products and its major feastures, applications and advantages. Excellent project management experience and proven success record.
2.Project / Process:diagnostics or relevant functions.
3.Leadership:Good cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure.
4.Intercultural:Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversifed backgrounds.
