FCTM is responsible for running a unified and global capability to identify, analyse, and investigate financial crime risk.  This supports informed financial crime risk management by HSBC and effective information sharing with internal and external stakeholders (including government).  The system is grounded in advanced analytics and technology.FCTM IT is 400+ people across 3 continents.The GSNA project is the next generation of tooling for combatting financial crime. Covering investment banking, commercial banking and retail banking globally. A large amount of the analytics in this system takes place on Elastic Search, and as such the project needs additional support in optimising Elastic Search to ensure the stability and optimal running of the project.

l Implement CI/CD piepline Compliance IT use cases in GCP

l Collaborate with central teams (architecture, security, engineering, networks) who are responsible for delivering HSBC baseline cloud architecture. Ensure that FCR requirements are taken into account.

l Collaborate with other development teams that are also working to deliver use cases on GCP e.g. share best practice.

Implement DevOps / Automation on GCP according to system requirement
