能力要求：良好的语言和文字表达能力，沟通能力、协调能力强。

其它要求：工作认真细致、责任心强

行政事务：

1、 负责管理公司公章、营业执照、及各类资质证件的政府年审及保管使用工作。（1、按期年审2、做好使用登记并存档）

2、 协助部门主管安排应试人员面试、办理《劳动合同》签订、试用人员转正手续办理、员工档案建设、社保购买与申报、公司培训、团建活动等常规性人事管理工作。（上述工作均在计划时间内完成，无差错）

负责与大朗消防办、安全办、学校、社保局等政府部

1、 门进行工作对接，按照政府要求，提供所需资料。（100%通过审核）

负责客户验厂资料、ISO年审或升级所需的资料收集准备工作。（资料准备及时、准确）

后勤管理事务：

1、 负责制定公司厂区内5S管理制度，并实施监督检查任务工作。（定时、定期检查各项5S管理区域）

2、 负责协调安排员工内宿管理工作，定期检查宿舍内务清洁情况，并开展评比活动。（员工满意度达95%以上）

负责本部门各类财物的保管及领用工作，所有财物必须登记入册，且做好领用或借用登记。
