岗位职责：
1.Oversee tax compliance activities within the Group, including collaboration with the local finance on tax return preparation, filing and payment as well as managing status of local tax audits and dispute resolution proceedings
2.Review and analyze complicated tax issues arising from business transactions and development proposals including tax research and issue identification, advise tax exposure and recommend alternative solutions for mitigation
3.Review business agreements and contracts which involved cross border transactions
4.Develop and recommend tax-efficient and sustainable structures to meet the business objectives and ensure tax and regulatory compliance
5.Liaise with external advisors for corporate tax matters
6.Work closely with peers in headquarter tax team, Legal, HR, finance and Business Units
7.Report the status and progress of ad-hoc projects to management regularly
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or other tax compliance related majors.
2.Minimum of 10 years relevant corporate tax experience in International Tax Group or equivalent of accounting firm.
3.Additional relevant experience in other jurisdictions is a plus.
4.Familiar with double tax treaties, cross-border structuring, corporate restructuring, and international corporate compliance system in the marketplace;
5.Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
6.Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skill and willing to share ideas and knowledge;
7.Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure, and with personnel come from different cultural backgrounds;
8.Great inter-personal communication skills with various levels of management and colleagues in different disciplines;
9.Possess strong analytical, consulting, and presentation skill with outspoken character;
10.A professional Membership in any of AICPA, CA, CPA, ACCA, HKICPA or equivalents
