岗位职责：
Based on the strategy of the company and IDC department, participate in the formulation of Tencent Overseas Data center strategy, engage in the management of local Data Centers, and ensure the quality, efficiency, cost and security of Overseas Data Centers.
Responsible for Overseas Data Center site selection(site survey and evaluation)，construction(project delivery, testing and acceptance), operation (including IT operation and maintenance, asset management, safety and security management, etc.) ; establish and manage the Overseas Data Center related procedures and documents; assist the business team to carry out Data Center related audits, certification, and publicity.
Responsible for the management of Overseas Data Center providers and network providers.to build and improve local cooperation, ensure the safety ,reliability and SLA of local Data Centers.
Responsible for the management of outsourced IT operation team, to ensure the IT SLA.
Responsible for Overseas Data Center eco system construction and management.

岗位要求：
Fluent in both Chinese and English listening, speaking,writing,relevant overseas working experience is preferred.
Calm personality, bold and careful, with a strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, good sense of team spirit.
Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of Overseas Data Center operation experience.familiar with data center life cycle management and good understanding about the internal operation mechanism of Overseas Data Center providers. Familiar with Overseas Data Center eco resources is preferred.
Familiar with data center facilities systems and equipment, including power, machinery, fire, control system.
Strong communication skills, project management skills, good coordination skills and overseas IDC project management practice, PMP certification is preferred.
Familiar with the mainstream servers, network equipment, hardware. Understand the technology and architecture related to network interconnection, understand the cooperation mechanism of overseas network operators, relevant working experience is preferred.
Familiar with Service management, and have good sense of mainstream IT management framework, ITIL certification is preferred.
Accommodates regular international travel based on the requirement of construction and operation, have strong anti-pressure ability and self-regulation ability.
