岗位职责：

1. 熟悉HMI开发流程， 能参与产品设计讨论，准确理解产品需求和交互原型，设计出高质量用户体验的界面设计,动效设计及可交互式动态demo设计。

2. 负责产品前期的设计流行趋势分析、竞品分析 ，根据产品的受众用户，能提出构思新颖，吸引力强的创意。

3. 负责输出产品的视觉规范, 定义动效设计规则，参与设计流程的优化，持续迭代完善HMI用户体验。

4.在产品开发中，能跟踪并监控开发团队按照UI规格书实现设计效果。

1. Familiar with HMI development process, be able to participate in product design discussion, accurately understand product requirements and interaction prototypes, and design high-quality user experience GUI design，motion design and interactive motion demo design.      

2. Be responsible for the design trend analysis and competitive product analysis in the early stage of the product. According to the users of the product, be able to propose innovative and attractive ideas.   

3. Be responsible for the visual specification of the output product, define motion design rules, participate in the optimization of the design process, and continuously improve the HMI user experience.       

4. In product development, be able to track and monitor the development team to achieve the design effect according to the UI specification.
