岗位主要职责Main Responsibilities

"1.负责从概念设计到产品量产的整个过程中的悬架系统相关的开发工作；参与前期底盘平台架构的选型、悬架系统概念设计、零件参数设定；

Responsible for all program related topics of Suspension system engineering development from concept phase to start of production.Participate in architechture definition, suspension system concept, and parameter setting."

"2. 负责定义悬架系统零部件之间静态间隙和动态间隙标准，并开展包络制作和校核工作；

Responsible for definition of acceptable clearance between components, then make enevelop and clearance check."

"3. 负责悬架系统图纸的制作和发布，以及造车和路试过程中系统级复杂问题的牵头解决；

VAA drawing definition and release, leading VAA issue fixing during vehicle building and road test."

4. 参与制定并负责发布四轮定位、轮眉高度等底盘关键参数；负责造车和路试过程中四轮定位、轮眉高度等参数的收集分析和问题解决；Wheel alignment and trim height setting and release;leading data collection and issue solving related to wheel alignment and trim height during vehicle building and road test.

"5. 其他零件开发和技术支持工作;

任职资格(教育背景/工作经验及知识/技能要求) 

Candidate Qualifications (Education /Working Experience and Knowledge/Skills )  "

"1. 至少8年以上在主机厂的悬架系统开发经验，熟悉对OEM的设计和释放流程;

At least 8 years’ experience of Suspension system design/development in automotive OEM; Very good knowledge about Design and Release processes in an automotive OEM. "

"2. 丰富的悬架系统零部件开发经验，且对零件设计和整车性能之间的关系有深刻的理解;

 Experienced on the suspension system,Detailed know-how on Suspension system component interactions with complete vehicle attributes"

"3. 熟悉底盘各系统的结构和装配工艺;

Famility with all function systems in chassis area and vehicle manufacturing & assembly process."

"4. 高度的结果导向、自我激励能力和专业性;

High level of results/delivering orientation, highly professional and self-motivated"

"5. 全日制本科及以上学历；车辆工程、机械、材料等相关专业;

Bachelor or master degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent "

"6. 良好的英语听说读写能力;

Good written and spoken English"
