职责Responsibility：

1.    负责牵头策划并建立公司IATF16949质量管理体系，并对接第三方机构进行体系认证；

Responsible for leading the establishment of engineering IATF16949 quality management system, and docking the third party institutions for QMS certification.

2.    负责根据质量目标的达成情况和公司业务发展趋势，策划并实施体系优化和延伸活动；

Responsible for planning and implementation of annual quality system optimization projects according to the achievement of quality objectives and audit results.

3.    负责通过质量体系培训、质量工具推广、质量文化宣传等方式，不断提升员工质量意识；

Responsible for constantly improving staff quality awareness through quality system training, quality tool promotion, quality culture publicity, etc.

4.    负责组织实施公司质量体系内审、管理评审，以及对重大质量问题的专项审核，识别现有体系漏洞，推动质量体系持续改进；

Responsible for the organization and implementation of internal audit and management review of QMS, as well as special audit of major quality issues, identifying the weak links, and promotion of continuous improvement of the QMS.

5.    负责牵头建立公司一体化的运营管理体系，囊括IATF16949、ISO14001、ISO45001、ISO27001等体系要求，在策划、评价、改进、流程管理等方面实现统一管理；

Responsible for the establishment of integrated operation management system, including IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 and other system requirements, and achieve unified management in planning, evaluation, improvement and process management.

6.    完成上级交办的其它任务。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

 

要求Requirement：

1.    全日制本科及以上学历，机械、汽车等相关专业毕业；

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, automobile, etc.

2.    拥有8年及以上汽车行业工作经验，至少5年整车企业质量体系工作经验，有新公司/新工厂体系建设经验；

At least 8 years of working experience in automobile industry, at least 5 years of working experience in QMS, and experience in new company/new plant system construction.

3.    精通ISO9001、IATF16949质量管理体系要求，有内审员证书，熟悉整车产品实现全过程（研发、供应链、制造、市场等）；

Proficient in ISO9001, IATF16949, internal auditor certificate, familiar with the whole process of automobile product realization.

4.    熟悉DFSS、FMEA等质量工具的运用，对ASPICE/CMMI和ISO26262有一定了解；

Familiar with the use of quality tools such as DFSS, FMEA, and have a certain understanding of ASPICE/CMMI and ISO26262.

5.    良好的组织协调和沟通能力，责任心强、积极主动。

Good organization, coordination and communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and proactive.
