职位描述
- Work in Industrialization Project, need work together with design team
- To define the test strategy, test specification for new product
To define PCBA assembly process flow and specification
- Do DFT/DFA analysis, review and feedback the industrialization constraint to designer in product design phase
Work with the tester vendor to realize the ICT fixture/FCT Equipment - Work with MES to develop and buyoff PCBA tools
Setup and qualify the ICT fixture/FCT Equipment in EMS/=S= Plant - Transfer the responsibility to plant process & test engineer before mass production
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
? 5 Years working experience in Electric/Electronic PCBA/Product Manufacturer.
? 2 Years working experience in Electric/Electronics PCBA/Product industrialization Project
Basic KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
? In-circuit test development and debug experience.
? Functional test development and debug experience.
? In-depth knowledge and experience in Analog, Digital and Power electronics
? Ability to read and understand electronic / electrical schematics.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Understanding of Electrical/Electronic product principles.
? Proven ability to work under minimal supervision.
PCBA assembly knowledge on SMT and wave soldering
Prefered KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
? Experience in Agilent 3070/Spectrum 228x and Teradyne 12X ICT programming
? Experience in NI labwindows/CVI,labview,Teststand FCT programming.
? Expereince on =S= platform PLC programming.
? Expereince on DFT CAD tools-- Valor and Testway
