岗位职责：

1、组织项目团队并管理项目团队以满足项目进度表需要并控制项目成本。

2、保证人力资源，现场服务，资料文档，项目材料等的准时交付。

3、管理项目时间表，确认变更，确保所有项目标的被执行和满足。

4、保证项目的及时交付和客户满意度。

5、识别项目风险，避免大量的维保消耗，退货，低效工作和延期。

6、定期向项目总监及管理层汇报详细的项目财务及进展情况。

7、作为面向客户，合作方以及供应商的主要接口，解决项目进展中发生的问题。

8、协同销售部门定义合同范围及项目基本时间表和

9、协同采购经理进行项目设备询价，下单，追踪等工作。

10、协同现场工程师完成设备软硬件安装调试等工作。

11、协同技术经理解决项目技术问题。

12、协同财务部门完成财务分析及资源效率分析统计等工作。

13、与客户方项目经理沟通项目计划，项目进展，人员安排，资源调配，解决项目执行期间的资源及技术问题。

14、对合作伙伴及下级供应商的联合调试过程或设备安装过程及质量进行跟踪管理和评价

技能要求：

1、两年以上的项目管理经验。

2、具备优秀的沟通能力，说服力及大局观。

3、电子电器，机械，车辆工程，计算机科学等理工科专业毕业，本科以上学历

4、从事项目管理工作之前，曾经从事过汽车行业机械设计，电子电气设计，软件设计工作者优先。

5、具备基本财务知识及软硬件结合类项目经验者优先。

6、熟练的电脑操作技能，熟练使用微软办公工具，文档制作能力。

7、具备一般的英文听说读写能力

Responsibilities:

1.Organize structure and manage or assist in managing a project team to meet the needs of the project and control project costs.

2.Ensure on-time delivery of quality information, material, workmanship, and field service and product performance.

3.Review and manage the project schedule and approve changes, ensuring all contract parameters are being met.

4.Approve all purchase orders for contract materials, services and Quality Assurance and Control requirements.

5.Issue various periodic reports detailing financial and schedule status of project(s).

6.Serve as prime interface with customer and consortiums to resolve issues of mutual concern with guidance of other project managers.

7.Effect a timely contract completion with customer satisfaction.

8.Manage project risks to avoid paying repairs, significant back charges, or low performance or delay.

9.Tracing working state and production quality of sub-supplier.

10.Take an active role with Sales to promote future business with Customer/Consortiums.

Requiremens:

1.Minimum 2 years of project management experience.

2.Strong management and interpersonal skills

3.Ability to communicate effectively

4.Knowledge of how to schedule and track complex projects.

5.Engineering background in Electronic, Automotive, Mechanical will be preferred

6.Language skills: Basic English spoken, listening, reading and writing

7.Good attention to detail.

8.Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft office toolkits;
