In this role, you have the opportunity to

?Continuously ensure that the logistics flow occurs in a timely and accurate manner, as well as compliance to appropriate regulations and polices

You are responsible for

• Manager a-team including logistics, custom, warehouse; Supervise, select, develop, coach and evaluate logistics team personnel to ensure operational efficiency.

• Define, implement and optimize logistics procedures and processes including inbound and outbound logistics flow, in-house material replenishment flow from dock to line, line to delivery, cycle counting and annual stocktaking

• Manages relationships with other functional teams such as planning, production, purchasing and quality managers to achieve both internal and external customer satisfaction such as sales/marketing dept.

You are a part of

? Professional global Logistics operations team, lead a team around 20 team peers at Shenzhen Site.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor degrees or above,

• More than 10 years’ working experiences in the multinational manufacturing company with logistics and supply chain management role, experience in logistics and custom is required, at least 5 yrs. in team leader experience; experience in medical industry is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of ERP system inventory management is required, SAP IM/MM Preferred

• Strong knowledge of global trade, FDA (preferred), local Customs and CIQ policies and regulations

• Strong people Leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
