Responsibilities:

1.Explore and develop new sales channel and market to strengthen business performance.

2.Oversee the sales operation of sales administration / sales promoters to sales objectives.

3.Manage sales and A&P budget allocated to sales team within budget.

4.Develop the sales plan and strategies of the brands to achieve the sales target of assigned channels.

5.Build and keep enhancing the business developing strategy.

6.Make and execute the promotion plan, drive business ideas with key accounts to maximize the market shared and sales of the brands.

7.Work closely with production team to implement sales plan for assigned key account.

8.Work closely with the key accounts and internal teams on marketing campaigns development and trade terms negotiation.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Business discipline or equivalent, Master degree or overseas living experience is a plus.

2.No more than 2 years experience.

3.Fast learner and result-orientated, assertive, multi-task and able to work under pressure.

4.Out-going personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, and willing to build good relationship with business partners.

5.Logical, and excellent analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.

6.Good command of written and spoken English.
