Job Purpos

Daily operation including documents checking, cargo arrangement and system filing. Communicate with customers and resolving of any urgent cases.

Key Accountabilities    

1 Mainly focus on export FCL and LCL shipment, CN – EU corridor 

2 Check the cost and quotations, including the terms and conditions 

3 Make sure the related documents follow the company rules 

4 Keep in touch with all concerned parties, make sure the cargo and transportations are under control 

5 Tracking reports 

6 All documents filing 

7 Report and deal with the special cases in the shipping process 

8 Report, file and deal with customers’ additional requests             

Requirement

1  College

2  At least 3 year working experience in IFF

3.Mandarin and English language proficiency ,Computer literate

4.Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties,Good customer service sense and skill
