Job Purpos

Control Tower and customer service to provide better service. Responsible to contact vendors, prepare documentation and customer shipment. Communicate directly with overseas counterpart. Staff will be responsible for truck arrangements.

              

Key Accountabilities    

1 Mainly focus on TIR  FCL and LCL shipment, CN – EU corridor shipment management

2 Make sure the related documents follow the company rules 

3 Tracking reports 

4 All documents filing 

5 Report and deal with the special cases in the shipping process 

6 Report, file and deal with customers’ additional requests 

7 Close communicate with customer  and use customer system “ SAM “ to arrange shipment to EU asap              

Requirement

1. College or above

2. 3 year experience

3. CET-4 or above

4.Good Communication Skill;
