JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent is accountable for managing and supervising the operations of the AP Titan site to facilitate attaining all AP standards and global best practices for EH&S, productivity, reliability, quality, and overall customer services. And meet customers' satisfaction with reliability, quality and flexibility on product supply.
A primary accountability of this position is safety of all operations personnel. The position facilitate planning, organizing, auditing, and follow up, to build AP safety culture into the Titan Operation Team.
The position is accountable to build the AP's first Gasification Island Technical Capability through support coordination from TGEE Global Ops & Regional GSS functional Support.
This incumbent coach, advices, initiates, facilitates, motivates ASU/Gasification/Purification Plant operations team to achieve excellences on operations, productivity, reliability, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.
The position is accountable for building, identifying, training, and developing the operation team in the plant. Support to build up the first Training Centre of Gasification Operation in AP.
The Site Manager also provides direction for various regional engineers/supervisors located in Kaifeng that support the team.
The Site Manager is expected to participate in various customer interface meetings and support numerous commercial and operating initiatives.
This position plays as SPOC when dealing with external issues, representing AP and coordinate internal resources to provide timely feedback.
JOB REQUIREMENT
. Bachelor degree minimum.
. 10+ years in Ammonia/Urea, petrochemical, or related industries in operations and/or engineering or related activities.
. Preferably 8+ years in line supervision of process operations/engineering.
. Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment.
. Capable of handling Large ASU/Gasification/Purification Plant operation.
. Gasification operating management background will be a plus.
. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill.
. Excellent Communication & coordination skills.
. Able to handle high level communication with customer.
. Wide technical knowledge in operations and engineering.
. Fluent oral English and excellent written English.
