Detailed Job Description：

- Closely work with BU marketing brand owners to develop owned media marketing strategy plans, which should be able to build up best-in-class digital experience to engage with end customer;

- Be able to work closed with BU segment marketer and activation marketer understand their business plan and execute the owned media daily operation and promotion.

Including the WeChat customized content marketing, WeChat menu bar user experience optimize, WeChat H5 and mini program development, WeChat Health Care Academy daily operation, Line account content marketing, Weibo daily operation, FUZE Official website maintenance;

- Good at content marketing and be able to operate the owned media platform independently and work with Marcom content specialist to plan and provide high-quality and highly communicable content for users, improve the brand awareness, brand preference and stickiness in the target customer group;

- Be responsible for planning and implementing the regular data tracking and maintenance, cooperate with insight marketer to dig out customer insight and further improve owned media tactics;

- Be good at user behavior and user portraits data analysis to realize accurate marketing;

- Fully understand user journey map, pain point, touch point and key influencer to execute the owned media plan, combined with data feedback to further optimize owned plan;

- Keep up with the development trend of new media and actively explore the operation mode of new media;

Basic/Minimum Qualifications must to have:

1. Bachlor degree and above

2. Fluent English

3. Good communication skill

4. 3-years experience in Medical / B2B industry is a Plus

5. SCRM operation experience on WeChat is a Plus

6. Good writing and editing skill is a Plus

7. Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment a plus.
