Roles & Responsibilities*

  

• Lead and motivate logistics and warehouse team in their daily tasks; make sure all standard operation procedure, safety policy & company targets through into daily working;

• Achieve Lean management between logistics and warehouse, meet the company strategic direction; active on LEAN/KAIZEN activities to improve working process flow and efficiency.

• According project’s requirement, develop warehouse management plan, monitor warehouse management punctual rate; Keep up to speed and feedback customer requirements; Optimize the cost of warehouse management, meet the department’s target.

• Make sure to receive, storage and issue the material is completely consistent between ERP and physical, inventory accuracy and material traceability keeps 100%; Responsible for stock counting monthly, quarterly, yearly.

• Ensure compliance with company regulations, lead to fulfill ESH responsibilities.

• Implement 5S and visual management in warehouse.

• Responsible for department’s budget and monthly/yearly training, team building.

              

Qualification*

  

 

  

• Holder of University Degree in Logistics management or related discipline.

  

 

  

Requirements*

  

• More than five years management experience in logistics and warehouse working in industry.

• Strong leadership and logical thinking ability.

• Work hard, careful, respect the discipline and keeps commitment.

• Team cooperation spirit; able to work under pressure.

• Familiar with ERP, Computer skills in PPT, Word, Excel etc.

• Capable of reading and writing e-mail in English & Mandarin.

• Fluent in verbal Mandarin and basic verbal English.
