Job Purpos

Responsible to contact vendors, prepare documentation and customer shipment. Communicate directly with overseas counterpart. Staff will be responsible for truck arrangements. Supervise daily operation ensuring P&D team can meet KPI and P&L requirements.             

Key Accountabilities    

1 Mainly focus on TIR  FCL and LCL operation   

2 Make sure the related documents follow the company rules 

3 Report and deal with the special cases in the shipping process 

4 Report, file and deal with vendor 

5 Close communicate with customer  and vendor to make operation excellent               

Requirement

1. College or above

2. 3 year experience in IFF

3. CET-4 or above

4.Good Communication Skill;
