工作职责:

Key Accountabilities:

Lead bidding & proposal process and ensure compliance with ISS and Clients’ business

Logging all activities in CRM system, update and maintain CRM information

Support on variety analysis to drive business growth

Work with business development team in the whole sales lifecycle from leading projects, opportunity analysis, proposal development and bidding sessions etc.

Collaborate with all relavent teams to work out qualified proposal / contract based on the timeline and handover to transition team for project execution

Bid production, publishing and communication of process documentation, sales documents, RFI’s and RFP’s/bids, refine sales presentations and proposals

任职资格:

Qualifications:

5+ years of Bidding / Solution Proposal experience in a similar role / industry

Strong communication skills in Chinese and English

Strong ability to keep track of multiple targets and processes

Ability to work across the country/regional organisation and establish relations with stakeholders at all levels

High level of structure, strong analytical skills, persistent way of working, goal-orientation

Common commercial traits include high work capacity contact/communication skills and empathy
