Regional Production Manager-Handbag(区域生产经理-手袋)

Qingdao City,China （Need frequently travel to Vietnam and Bangladesh）

Summary of Client:

Our client is a multinational garment & bags manufacturing company with Korean investment. It situates in Korea, Mexico, China, Vietnam and Bangladesh etc. Now our client is looking for a Regional Production Manager for her handbag factories in Vietnam and Bangladesh.

Reporting Lines:

Report to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the production team and oversee the production process in the manufacturing operations in both Bangladesh and Vietnam for handbags.
2. Monitor production planning, production activities, materials consumption and inventory control.
3. Responsible for production scheduling manufacturing planning and controlling.
4. Responsible for uplifting production capacity and new production lines/new factory set up projects.
5. Follow up any exceptional and emergency issues pertaining to production and production related issues.

Job Requirements:

1. College graduate in Production, Manufacturing Process and Engineering most preferred.
2. 10 years of solid relevant working experience in the field of handbags specific products would be a MUST.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience at managerial level with full responsibility for production management.
4. Sound knowledge of product specifications and quality requirements of the brands such as COACH, LANCEL and Michael Kors etc and other mid to high value brands.
5. An effective communicator and problem solver with positive mindset.
6. A team player with strong leadership qualities.
7. Able to communicate in English.
8. Frequent travel between Vietnam and Bangladesh required.
