Job Purpose：
？Business partnering with operations to achieve targeted objectives, in terms of financials and other measurable goals,
？Partnership with Business Line Management (BLM), develop strategies and initiatives that lead to continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities：
？Review financial analysis of Business Line (BL) operating results.
？Collaborate with BLM on new tenders or contracts to ensure financial compliance with company’s strategic development.
？Develop (with BLM) and monitor a balanced set of KPIs reflecting all aspects of the BL’s performance, ensuring early identification of issues as well as outcomes.
？Provide monthly financial analysis to Business Line Managers.
？Review, align and improve the existing internal procedures to enhance quality of reporting of each Business Line.
？Participate in budgeting and rolling forecasting process.
？To work with accounting team in managing internal and external (statutory) audits for Business Line concerned.
？Other jobs assigned by the Manager.

Competencies and Qualifications Desired：
？Bachelor or above degree in Finance.
？Minimum 3 years of accounting and / or financial analysis experience (in BIG 4 Firm is preferred).
？System skills must include ERP system and advanced-Excel, PPT.
？Fluent spoken and written in English.
？Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and to multi-task.
