工作职责:
Essential Responsibilities
1. Design and implement dealer development programs to improve the performance and efficiency
2. Managing business team to identify more suitable channel candidate and build sales force system.
3. Development and Implement marketing strategies and policy to drive business growth
4. Communicate and market dealer development programs both in internal and external
5. Leading sales team on channel effectiveness analysis & improvement Dealer performance (KPI) evaluation, and build up region price positioning, Engage in P&L dealer renew, channel conflict monitoring & termination
任职资格:
Quality Specific Goals
1. Aware of and comply with Ezisurg’s Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Knowledge and understanding of Health System and Medicare reimbursements
5. Knowledge and understanding of Guidelines and policies
6. Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
7. Manage sales representatives and sections specific sales targets
8. Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization
Qualification/Requirements (Bachelor’s Degree above)
1. Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
2. Strong Language proficiency and communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
3. Willingness and ability to travel within your specified geographic region
4. Above 5-10 years working experience in medical equipment/service sales area and possess channel sales experience
5. 3-5 years sales manager experiences
6. Regional sales achievement monitoring and adjust marketing strategy accordingly
7. Sales team coaching and management
