工作要求：

Responsibility of Legal Specialist:

1. Drafting contracts/agreement template and communicating with internal and external business clients about the same;
2. Reviewing contract/agreement terms and conditions and preparing initial revisions ;
3. Negotiating contract/agreement terms and conditions with clients or their counsel;
4. Assisting internal business contacts in understanding contract terms and conditions;
5. Maintaining internal library of commonly-used contract template, standard terms and conditions, and standard business responses;
6. Positively give the professional consult to each dept and subsidiaries, evaluate legal risk and publish the attorney Letter based on legal affairs;
7. Providing project management assistance in connection with contracting process;
8. Providing all the legal support during the establishment process & operation of subsidiary, entity, or representative office of GRGHK in overseas market;
9. Providing all the legal support during the recruitment of foreign employees;
10. Defend company's rights during involved with the international business
11. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Professional Experience of Legal Specialist:

1. Minimum of three (3) or more years of progressively responsible and directly-related experience as a legal specialist, paralegal, contract administrator/specialist or similar role;
2. Proficiency with international contract language and standard legal terms and conditions for commercial contracts;
3. Experience in a large law firm or the legal department or contract administration group of a large company is desirable;
4. Proficiency with various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
5. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
6. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and writing in English;
7. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and legal procedures;
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and handle multiple projects and tasks;
9. Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions and implement recommendations for resolution of problems ;
10. Highly self-motivated and self-directed, with an ability to work independently;
11. Willingness and ability to travel overseas.
