职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责物业项目前期介入承接查验及设施设备移交等协调和工程部的统筹工作；
2. 负责各类设施设备的管理、维护和保养安排；
3. 负责监督工程的接管验收和客户二次装修工程的验收工作；
4.对管理区域公共设备、设施及相关工作提出专业性改进建议、方案及实施；
5.完成公司、上级领导安排其它相关工作；
任职要求：
1. 物业管理行业5-8年以上工作经验；
2. 具有物业设备管理、安全管理等相关专业知识，熟悉设备设施运行环境规律和维护保养要求；
3. 熟悉设备机组、变配电设施等系统的性能、规范、技术参数、操作及运行维修保养方法；
4 具备良好的组织能力、沟通能力及各类设备突发事件的处理能力， 熟悉办公软件的操作。
