职位描述

Service Sales Objective

Establishes specific service sales objectives by creating a service sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives;

依照公司整体服务销售目标,建立区域销售计划和比例分配创建具体服务销售目标。


Service Sales Activates

  • Promote & sell Scania After Market products and services to existing customers, meeting agreed After Market sales volumes and targets. 向现有客户推介销售服务产品,并完成销售目标
  • Develop and evaluate progress of products and services to regional business units跟踪及评估区域内各经销商服务产品的销售进度
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counselling district dealers’ service sales representatives; building and maintaining report with key customers; 通过辅助咨询区域内经销商服务销售团队、建立并维护重点客户的信息跟踪报告等活动维护并扩展客户基础
  • Develop effective marketing activities, promotional programs and campaigns with the regions在区域内有效地开展服务市场活动及服务促销活动
  • Monitor market movements, trends and offerings from information supplied by the regions regarding their direct competitors.监控区域内竞品动向,并实施应对措施
  • Pricing and policy Deviations feedback价格及政策偏差反馈


Customer Maintain

  • Continuous distribution of customer mapping information to the regions 持续地维护区域客户数据
  • Build and develop customer relationship within the selected regional customer base, acting as a communication channel between the customer and company through regular customer contact & in-turn develop an in depth understanding of the customers' business and needs.建立与客户的业务关系,作为客户与公司沟通的桥梁,通过持续的客户定期或不定期链接加强对客户业务和需求的理解
  • Through regular customer contact, obtain vital information such as perceived dealer support, abnormal wear items, Scania assist, contracted services, product performance, fuel consumption, parts support & accounts queries定期拜访客户,获得重要的信息:如经销商服务、异常磨损、斯堪尼亚救援、合同服务、产品表现、燃油消耗、零件尺寸支持等
  • A customer contact form needs to be completed in full after each & every visit每次客户拜访完成后,填写客户拜访表
  • Keep updated in relation to changes in vehicles, technical assistance, new models or company policies introduced持续地向客户介绍车辆变更、技术支持、新产品及公司政策的变化


External and internal coordination

  • Work in cooperation with other departments to achieve business objectives, ensuring that there is open and effective communication.与各部门保持良好的跨部门协作以确保业务目标的顺利达成
  • To coordinate sales team to handle customer complain and ensure reasonably goodwill if necessary.与销售团队协作处理客户投诉
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager and management.完成由经理和公司管理层安排的其他相关职责


Desirable experience & qualifications

  • University education in appropriate discipline大学本科相关专业
  • 5 years relevant work experience in sales or service sales.5年的相关整车销售或服务销售工作经验
  • Sales or service management experience at a regional/branch level 区域/品牌级别的销售或服务管理经验
  • Rich experience of business and management at dealership有丰富业务及管理经验的经销商人员
  • Experience in Premium heavy truck brand is preferred.有高端重卡工作经验者优先
  • Understanding Scania Products;熟悉了解斯堪尼亚产品;
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business development;能够辨识商务发展的机会
  • Excellent communication and negotiate skills出色的沟通与谈判能力;
