职位描述
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily胜任此项职位,需要有能力成功地履行如下主要工作职责:
? To take care of the assigned retail area sales business in the Region (see ASM JD);
在所辖的大区内的指定地区的零售车辆的销售业务
? To work long term with Logistic Associations and Relationship building to develop new KA’s;
与物流协会建立长期关系从而开发新的大客户;
? To closely keep following up prospects;
? 对于潜在订单和客户保持紧密的跟进
? To Support local retail sales (ASM)in the daily business with strategy and pricing;
对地区销售经理(ASM)提供日常业务提供策略和价格的支持;
? To make regional Sales report, forecast and budget control;
制定区域销售报告,预算和预算控制;
? To coordinate the Dealers Business plan in the region;
协调区域内经销商的商务计划;
? To assist in setting up sales plan for the assigned customer group.; to establishes sales quotations;
协助制定指定客户群的销售计划;和报价;
? To conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies and pricing to ASM;
召开销售会议,将新的销售策略和价格传达至本部门全体销售人员;
? To negotiate with customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy;
根据公司整体的销售策略,与客户洽谈合同;
? Coordinates with sales team and/or service team to ensure the sales/services to assigned customers.
负责所指定销售及/或服务小组的协调,确保对主要客户的销售/服务的质量;
? Via close coordination with other sales regions, to work on a national consistence market and pricing policy, to execute sales strategies in the responsible region;
通过与其它销售区域的紧密配合,使用统一连贯性的市场报价政策,在负责的销售区域内确保公司的销售战略得以执行;
? To attends to the key customers and Fleets customer group and is responsible for the realization of sales objectives within the assigned group of customers.
进入公司大客户和车队客户群,负责实现所指定客户群的销售目标;
? Responsible for maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to achieve profitable results;
与关键客户保持联系来取得盈利;
? To supervise and make sure the sales team’ performance
监督并确保销售团队的工作表现;
? To support sales platform update and co-ordinates the implementation;
协助销售平台的系统信息更新,并协调其运行。
To perform this job successfully, an individual must meet the minimum qualifications. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required为了能够胜任此职位,担任此职位工作的个人至少满足以下条件。
- University Degree or above in Auto. Or relative major; 汽车或者相关专业本科以上;
- At least 5 years sales experience with Commercial Vehicles;至少5年的商用车销售经验;
- Sales management experience at a regional/branch level区域/品牌级别的销售管理经验
- Establishing deep understanding of customers, their industry, business offerings(products/services/solutions) and needs. Guiding clients to the best solution by maintaining the relationship ; 深入了解客户所在的行业,业务内容包括产品,服务及解决方案和需求。通过维护关系,引导客户接受***解决方案;
- Be able to effectively transfers thoughts and expresses ideas orally or verbally in individual or group situations;能够有效地将想法和所要表达的内容通过口语或书面的形式传递给个人或团队;
- Adding structure and planning to work situation by defining priorities and completing the work in a systematic, efficient fashion within the required time frame according to expectations;能够根据情况,通过计划安排工作的优先顺序,并能够系统地工作,在规定的时间内高效按要求完成工作;
