What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission:
- Providing technical services efficiently and effectively with high quality and high customer satisfaction

Working Partners/Contacts:
- MED CS Regional manager, MED CS regional engineers, MED CS USC, MED CS service sales, MED HQ support center, MED customers

Tasks:
- Fulfill the installation and service jobs with high quality while taking into consideration of the economic aspects and utmost customer satisfaction with professional customer approaching.
- Complete all the service tasks of his modality up to "B" class
- Willing to do multi-modality service up to "A" class
- Proper escalation according to the escalation process.
- Follow Company regulations strictly
- Ensure SRS usage
- Continuously improve technical knowledge and skill via successful passed training including E-learning
- Maintain and refresh experience and knowledge.
- Provide necessary Technical support to Medical internal customers ( CS Sales, Med product sales, project manager etc. )

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Education: college or above

Knowledge/Languages:
- Passed basic and system training
- Good in communication & customer focus
- High level skill in communication
- Fluent English on read and write
- Willing to help others
- Experience: Passed the basic and system training with service experiences in Med Product Service
- More than 2 years in CS junior CSE position or similar service experiences, being familiar with CS operation process.
