岗位职责：

1、参与项目前期规划，整理或收集相关资料、数据，为图纸设计提供建议，并做好项目初期需求整合； 

2、制定或审核工程项目中的暖通专业具体施工图纸、施工方案，现场管控暖通施工过程，并提供技术支持； 

3、良好的施工图纸研图能力，熟练运用AUTO CAD绘图软件，有一定的风管空间排布能力；

4、做好重大项目与设计院的沟通，参与项目招投标工作。经办项目报批报建、竣工验收等事务； 

5、工程项目具体施工现场管理、材料审核、施工质量监管、工程验收等；

6、熟悉医药工业、医疗器械行业采暖、通风、消防排补烟施工、验收规范或标准，并实施管理，具备独立审核专业技术方案能力；

7、确保项目施工过程日志、文档、记录、资料完整、真实、准确； 

8、负责暖通设备、设施的安装调试，并根据需要承担施工工艺、设备选型等技术管理工作； 

9、负责企业内部的日常零星改造有关采暖、通排风、空气调节等方案编制、图纸绘制，施工落实；

10、 暖通相关设施运营维护管理。

任职要求：

1、3年及以上暖通工程施工管理经验；

2、暖通空调相关专业（建筑环境与设备工程、暖通及给排水工程等）；

3、具备独立承担暖通项目的设计能力，对医药工业、电子行业采暖、通排风等工程施工有一定的了解；

4、有担任医药厂房、洁净区施工管理或此类施工乙方经验优先考虑。
