This role will be responsible for actively participating in meeting customer requirements, in determining the product strategy for his area of responsibility, and implementing that strategy.

  

 Design sealing products based on the inputs from customers.

• Participate in the development of DVP&R and DFMEA.

• Develop test plans based upon customer and functional requirements.

• Prepare testing requests, evaluate test results and publish final test reports. Return part analysis and failure mode analysis

• Work with manufacturing facility to assure manufacturability of design

• Develop basic manufacturing and metal material knowledge to meet application requirement.

• Works with global team to determine and satisfy customer requirements.

• Travel as required to support the customer/facility and to support/develop new opportunities.

                

• Interact with the customer with appropriate supervision.

• Cross functional support including sales, purchasing, manufacturing, quality and operation.

Requirement:

    Bachelor's Degree of internal combustion or mechanical engineering.

• 3-5 years working experience for engine components design, experience on heavy duty engine will be advantage

• Understand fundamental GD&T, experience with Stackup calculation will be advantage

• Good communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English. Communication with Japanese will be advantage.

• Analytical and logic thinking

• Familiar with CAD software (AutoCAD, Pro/e, UG or Catia) and MS office
