• Communicate with the distributors timely, understand the demand of distributors, and answer their question.

  及时与经销商沟通，了解经销商的需求、解答经销商的疑问；

• Support BA Manager to arrange and implement system training, distributor inventory inspection etc. projects;

  支持 BA Manager 安排和实施经销商系统培训、经销商库存盘查等项目；

• Communicate with BU sales staff and sales operation staff regularly, get to know their questions and needs in the system Operation and providing data report

  定期与BU销售人员和Operation人员沟通，了解对方在系统操作和数据报表中疑问和需求；

• Through the understanding of the market, product knowledge, business requirements and previous work experience, provide advices about data report, the improvement of the system management etc. to BA Manager;

  通过对市场的了解、产品的熟悉、业务的需求、以往的工作经验，提供但不仅限于数据报表、系统管理等方面的改善性建议给BA Manager；

• Collect and review the weekly delivery data and monthly terminal invoice from distributor, tracking the data upload rate and accuracy

  收集并审核经销商每周发货数据和每月终端发票，跟踪经销商数据上传率和准确率；

• Make weekly, monthly and quarterly sales analysis report, tracking index, find business problems timely, and communicate with business departments;

  制作周、月、季的销售分析报表，跟踪指标达成，及时发现业务问题，与业务部门沟通；

• Responsible for the training of the distributor system, and verify the authenticity of the distributor inventory and the truth of sales data

  负责经销商系统培训，实地核查经销商库存和销售数据的真实性；

• Participate in the planning of daily analysis, index analysis system, etc., to help to build the data management platform to promote the data oriented, fining management

  参与规划日常分析报表、指标分析体系等，协助数据化决策管理平台的搭建，推动数据化，精细化管理的提升；

• Organize research materials, participate in and assist in the research project;

  整理调研材料，参与并协助调研项目的顺利完成；

• Monitor distributors shipping invoices, such as fraud or falsifying case, inform management timely

  监督经销商的出货发票情况，如有造假或者窜货等情况，及时通知管理层

• Newsletter production and release

经销商期刊制作并定期发

• Bachelor or above, marketing, statistics, data analysis, information systems major is preferred.

大学本科以上，市场、统计、数据分析、信息系统等专业优先。

• Over 2 years working experience, experience in data collection process and business analysis of medical instrument company is preferred

两年以上工作经验，有在医疗器械公司数据收集流程、业务分析等相关经验者优先。

• Be interested in analyzing data, be sensitive to data, be curious

  对数据分析感兴趣，具有很强的数据敏感性，喜欢追根溯源；

• Be careful and responsible, patient, have strong communication and expression ability

  做事认真负责、耐心仔细、持之以恒，具有很强的沟通和表达能力；

• Be familiar with software ,such as Excel, Access, Photoshop, Visual, Basic6.0, AutoCAD and others

  熟练应用Excel、Access、Photoshop、Visual Basic6.0、 AutoCAD等软件。

• Good at English

  能熟练应用英语作为工作语言；

• The medical data, information, market background is preferred
