WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO 岗位职责：

1. 对商品的换货、退货、退款、补发等各类售后问题做出清晰登记汇总并及时安排处理
2. 退换货包裹的接收检验，确保退回商品与订单和问题相符，及时反馈给客服专员
3. 退换货商品及货架整理，对货架上的所有商品做出清晰登记汇总，确保库存准确
4. 协助配合售前团队，解决客户的相关问题，提升客户满意度，提升品牌形象

WHAT YOU’RE GREAT AT 任职要求：

1. 一年以上售后工作经验，熟悉质检流程
2. 熟悉办公软件及ERP系统的操作
3. 工作认真、细心，有责任感
4. 高中及以上学历
5. 工作时间：09:00-18:00，做五休二

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
