职位描述

The account will be in the Creative Department and will organize and control project workflow.

Will liaise between internal creative team and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the projects. Main aim of the Account Manager is to keep the Creative Department organized and on schedule.

Will follow all the steps of every project, from the initial briefing, checking periodically the status of the work, liaise with the production and define the final delivery.

Will be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the projects.

岗位职责

Client & Designer Relationships

? Develop and maintain superior client relationships. 

? Become an expert in your client’s department/category/business in order to become a valued consultant.

? Request and conduct meetings with the internal teams to most efficiently achieve project goals.

? Presentation and client meeting participation & preparing and deliver meeting reports and agendas.

? During meetings record requests and edit a report to align all the relevant teams on the decision/actions.

Creative Brief Processing

? Document in-coming briefs in a structured and organized manner.

? Identify in-coming briefs are not properly pre-processed and fulfill missing information by communicating with the client.

? Take ownership of requesting, receiving and organizing project assets.

Project Management

? Prioritize and manage multiple ongoing projects by issuing and managing Online Project Management Software (project database with calendar) to affectively input and track all department projects.

? Work with Creative Manager to assign designer to specific tasks.

? Accurate tracking of project budgets, timelines and expenses.

? Help designers stay on time by creating schedules and giving them alerts and support.

Administration

? Assist the administrative work of the department (For example, department budget submission, magazine subscriptions, departmental material application and repairs, etc.)

External Communication

? Find suitable suppliers, negotiate prices, and sign contracts. Assist the supplier to complete the contract and payment process in the company OA.

? Responsible for the communication and management of third-party suppliers, complete contract work, organize data, and complete case closure.

任职要求

Education

? Degree in public relations, graphic design, advertising or marketing.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word) & Online Project Management software

WORKING EXPERIENCES

? 4-5 years of experience as account preferably in design related field, advertising agency or fashion house.

COMPETENCY 

? Fluent in Chinese and English (French is a plus)

? Understanding of design and design process.

? Strong Team Player

? Interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

? A positive attitude and excellent relationships skills are mandatory.
