职位：生物分析高级研究员、主管

岗位职责：

1、生物分析实验室组建和实施。负责实施生物分析项目的计划、预算和实施执行；

2、确保部门遵守相关GLP、GCP法规。 必须对领域内新技术、新法规精通、熟悉并了解，以推动生物分析实验室组建、实施、发展，保证项目按期完成。

任职资格:

1、博士学历，免疫学或者药理学专业，至少3年的相关工作经历；或硕士学历，免疫学或者药理学专业，至少6年的工作经验；

2、深入了解生物分析中的样品制备、方法选择、方法开发，方法验证及样品分析；

3、具有较强的组织、沟通和管理能力。
