Job Summary
Assist Industry Manager to develop and drive the Semi Industry sales growth plan including but not limited to strategic accounts, ecosystem alignment and engagement, in alignment with global and local industry initiatives, supporting key industry project in presales stage, training inside, and overall marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
DO
? Be the Domain Expert (know & understand applications / manufacturing processes / key market players) and support regional Account Managers to develop business in Semi Industry
? Implement annual industry BSR and sales/growth plan for GRC, including objectives and action plans for accelerated growth in GRC Semi industry market.
? Develop and execute with key account plans and oversee SOEs to achieve breakthrough and YOY growth at Strategic and key Semi Industry accounts
? Collaborate with technical and innovation team internally to identify, prioritize and market and customer priorities. Address customer pain point and deliver industry value propositions and proper application to customer.
? Maintain awareness of industry/competitive trends and strategies in the market and their impact on RA China business
? Assist Industry Manager to develop business in new segment of Semi/display panel/high tech industry.
? Make joint sales calls with Account Managers to assist in qualifying and closing opportunities.
? Leverage different internal resource at different sales stage and to close opportunities.
? Understand and utilize new company strategy and plan.
? Prioritize 70-20-10 and other career development tools for direct report for mid and long term career goals
? Generate sales tools and do sales enablement together with assistant of technical team.
? Complete all job and task from Industry Manager

? High level of expertise in Semi Industry Knowledge, especially on facility / process / information system.
? Intermediate level of expertise in Control system / Information System, Networks, Services, Drive Systems, Application Knowledge, along with a basic understanding of all RA products.
? Intermediate level of expertise in Market Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Project / Implementation Management, Sales Fundamentals, Project Sales Strategizing, Value Based Selling, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Centric Selling, Customer Relationship Management, Prospecting & New Customer Development, Account Sales Maximizing (Expanding business in existing accounts), Account Planning & Management.
? Good English read, written and speaking ability.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor Degree in Automation/Engineering/Information is required.
? Minimum 5 years automation or information application experience in Semi industry
