职位描述

As a member of our Automotive Systems Division, you will be working in our Shanghai office leading our Account Services team and supporting our Chinese domestic and Joint Venture customers.

You will be part of our Global Account Services leadership team responsible for driving as well as performing order-to-cash process and related tasks. As a working Account Specialist Supervisor, you will be leading as well as executing account services work including setting up new customers in SAP, price maintenance, managing customer orders, issuing VAT invoices and supporting accounts receivable and cash collections.

Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training and financing Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.

As an Account Specialist you will:

?Perform contract review on any new price agreements, communicate with customers to revise them and manage price updates in our ERP system accordingly.

? Complete new customer setup in SAP

?Manage customer orders before and after SOP with proper internal and external communication and order / scheduling agreement setup in SAP

? Support timely VAT invoice issuing and submission to our customers

? Support accounts receivables reconciliation for timely cash collection.

?Communicate with OEM and Tier 1 customers by email, telephone or occasionally in person for any order or payment issues or other inquiries

?Manage customer portal site to receive orders, to submit invoice information, to monitor payment status and to gain other information.

? Clarify any new customer requirements for order-to-cash process and support to define our internal processes to satisfy these requirements

? Collaborate closely with Account Managers as well as with other team members both locally and globally

?Support internal forecasting activity by securing latest forecast data from the customer or their portal and by maintaining data in our business planning system

? Support internal reporting and process control

? Implement and document new or changed processes

?Demonstrate continuous improvement by proposing and completing local improvement initiatives and participating in global initiatives.

? Ensure Best Business Practices regarding communications, collaboration and escalation as needed.


As an Account Services Supervisor you will:


? Direct your team members in daily operations using established guidelines, procedures and policies locally.

? Increase your team’s capability and flexibility through cross-training of account responsibilities and adaption of global best practices

?Ensure timely implementation of customer related changes as well as completion of internal projects and tasks by your team.

? Optimize, standardize and document processes within this function.

?Manage performance and balance workload within your team, establish local goals and personal growth plan for your team members.

? Sets employee performance objectives

? Responsible for performance reviews

?Participate in the annual salary setting process for China Account Services Team with Global Business Operations Leadership team

?Report to and collaborate closely with an Account Services Manager to follow Global Account Services processes and goals

? Work with other BAC team leaders and customers to resolve local issues and improve the process.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with order to cash process. Ideally in automobile industry.
  • Very good SAP SD module knowledge and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent organizing, process alignment and problem-solving skills.
  • Chinese native speaker with good written and verbal English skills.
  • Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and work effectively in a multi-cultural team across several time-zones.
  • Entry-Level supervising professional skills
