职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Operating & Reporting
1) Service team personnel qualification.
2) Supervision of service team daily operation and continuous optimization of standard operational processes.
3) Knowledge provision to customer service team by timely and sufficient trainings and KDB updates
4) Operation reports management (Daily Report/Monthly Report/QC Report/Complaint Report, etc.)
5) Regular/Ad-hoc report to management explaining service development and/or performance.
6) Internal coordination across departments to ensure resources available for proper customer service operation.
2. Campaign Management
1) Support campaign preparation from customer service standpoint to setup processes and resources.
2) Briefing of campaign details to service team and ensure proper and agile execution.
3) Analyzing and reporting of service team's campaign performance."
3. Service Satisfaction
1) Ensure high service satisfaction of T-mall Store by continuous service quality monitoring and standard calibration with service team.
2) Service satisfaction weakness analysis and cross-functional coordination for improved service offers and processes.
4. Complaint & Goodwill
1) Define complaint handling and goodwill approval processes in line with Porsche standards.
2) Complaint handling and reporting, solution oriented internal coordination.
3) Goodwill budget control.
Requirements:
1. Majored in Marketing/Communication/E-commerce
2. Business fluent in English and Chinese
3. Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
4. Having related customer service (e.g., call center, T-mall store related systems) working experience over 5 years
5. Having related 2 years leadership experience (Subordinating more than 5)
