Ensure all relevant Regulations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Customer protocol’s are being followed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Distribution Practices.

Review import documentation to ensure compliance.

Assist in the creation of import documentation.

Communicate with customers with regards to import and export activities.

Coordinates international depot shipment activities in accordance with project requirements and available

resources. Notes potential issues and takes action to prevent their occurrence when possible and escalate when necessary.

Confirms all international import/export documentation requirements prior to dispatch of shipments and verifies accurate documentation.

Assist in preparing shipping documentation and proper and working with regulatory compliance at site and corporate levels to ensure accuracy.

Works collaboratively with peers across Catalent network to develop and implement best practices.

Performs other duties as assigned.
