Key responsibilities

Brand Marketing

• Work with Senior Brand Marketing Manager on seasonable and local led campaigns to translate brand vision into relevant brand messages
• Manage PMO (Project Management Operation) for all campaigns
• Own monthly shooting list from GC marketing &eCommerce perspective to coordinate with Global Marketing and GC BIMA
• Liaise communication with agency to support brand marketing campaign briefing and tracking
• Coordinate and consolidate cross functional plans to help put together holistic marketing campaigns that include media, PR, social, retail marketing, CRM and eCommerce

Meeting preparation

• Collect all information and data related to business reviews, internal cross-functions and competitor data, to support the need for the business reviews
• Assist with MAM decks, Townhall decks and other meeting material on request
• Help prepare material for meetings with Global marketing – brand calendar, campaign brief and campaign tracking etc.

Budget

• Assist with quarterly adjustment
• Monthly reconciliation and by campaign summary
• PO (Purchase Order) management

Research

• Gather latest industry and consumer insight studies
• Perform search for all Marketing related topics, including overall brand strategy, media strategy, social strategy, PR/celebrity and offline strategy
• On request, put together comprehensive studies on competitors to help analyze competitor's strategy and activities (for LNY, Qixi for example)
