1.       Searching for qualified potential suppliers for related functions indirect procurement requirements, especially for logistics, HR, IT products/services, facility services, office supply and other professional services etc.

    

2.       Conduct bidding to potential suppliers and make the price comparison analysis.

    

3.       Effectively evaluate pre-qualified suppliers from objective point of view.

    

4.       Negotiate and conclude framework contracts and purchase orders with external suppliers independently.

    

5.       Communicate with internal requesters and external suppliers, ensure proper sourcing decision procedure& documentation.

    

6.       Tracking procurement process until successfully delivery, cooperating with internal departments for contracts, acceptance check and invoice issues.

    

7.       Maintain supplier relationship, building up potential suppliers and qualified suppliers pool for indirect procurement category.    

    

8.       Make the professional service purchasing SOP and related sourcing solution

    

9.       Other task from Team Leader

技能要求：

1. indirect    procurement related sourcing experience more than 3 years 

2.FMCG company experience and package sourcing experience is preferred.

3.Strong communication and influence skill

4.Capability to get along well with others

5.Willing to challenge existing process and continue improve

6.Strong learning ability

7.Proficient in office tool: SAP, outlook, excel, PPT etc.

8.Team player and strong sense of responsibility
