Key job accountabilities
Intro: "Modern Trade and the management of our Top key accounts become more and more important for CPD business. To maximise our growth and profit in this channel we need to concentrate our experience +know-how on the one hand side and to strengthen the position of all CPD-brands by "one face to client-strategy" for key negotiations on the hand side."
- Management and coordination of all central negotiation for CPD (yearly contract)
- Competence leader for internal best practice and know-how transfer between brands
- Consultant for brand team to improve further the client P+L
- Project manager for CPD projects (end 2011: Go direct)

Technical & Professional competencies required
- Strong Key account background with at least 3 yrs experience as KA-manager
- need a good balance between strategic thinker and "pragmatic instinct"
- good network/contacts to (at least) some of the Top clients
- strong negotiation-skills
- strong communication skills (important is to have/build up an internal network)
- team-player
