be responsible for the daily operation of the transportation projects under its jurisdiction, deal with various problems in operation, communicate with customers and agents in a timely manner to meet customers' needs; including but not limited to emergency handling, exception handling, daily data checking, report making, etc.

Main Accountabilities

• Be responsible for the daily operation of the project under its jurisdiction, deal with various problems in operation, communicate with customers and agents in a timely manner to meet customer needs, including but not limited to:

1. Daily tracking of goods to solve delivery abnormalities
2. Handle customer complaints and maintain customer relationship
3. Tracking report, KPI report
4. Transportation planning and delivery vehicle scheduling
5. Manage carriers, improve and improve service quality
6. Regular operation meeting with carrier
7. Emergency handling, exception handling.

• Assist suppliers in account related work, including but not limited to bill making, payment and billing.
• Assist in dealing with supplier quotation and data processing and analysis.

People Management

• Strong influence, manage carriers to ensure that carriers provide services according to the process, and constantly optimize and improve services to achieve customer KPI.

Experience

• More than 2 years relevant experience

Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements

• College degree or above
• Can use office software skillfully, especially Excel and ppt
• Be careful enough and have a certain capacity of independent data processing
• High efficiency, quick response and certain emergency handling ability
• Have a sense of teamwork and willing to learn, with a certain degree of communication skills
