Core Responsibilities:

• Learn and master current Thermo Fisher China B2B Automation flow; audit the EPO(electric purchase order), validate the price and quantity;
• Build up ECommerce domain knowledges; learn global B2B solutions, platforms and workflow; Understand the key B2B concept in Thermo Fisher China;
• Build up a B2B triage process; record the failure cases in B2B automation process; Analyze the failure reason, approach to feature team and follow up a fix solution;
• Observer B2B automation flow healthy state; generate report to reflect the automation level, manual/auto work percentage, fail rate and failure reasons, etc;
• Build up close work relationship with EBiz team; support EBiz team to evaluate the feasibility of new B2B Automation requirements;
• Improve, Optimize and extend the current B2B Solutions. Work close with Digital Engineering and DevOps to adopt the learned B2B knowledge into China B2B business;

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in IT industry;
• 2-3 years Business Analysis role experiences
• 2B work experience Background is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or business field
• Experienced in ERP,CRM and CMDB(Configuration Management Database)
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English
• Excellent problem-solving ability and can overcome challenges such as time stress, domain knowledge shortage, system/SOP edge;
• Excellent teamwork player; can actively drive an operations topic and actively look for support and advice;
• Excellent in Excel;
• Great Incident Management Process knowledges
• Business Analyst background is a plus
• Python programming skill is a plus
