POSITION SUMMARY职位概要


Purpose 目的

This position is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on distribution vehicles by executing and complying to the company’s PM schedules.
在切实遵守公司保养程序的基础上，按时完成储运车辆的保养、维护及日常修理等各项工作。


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责

. To ensure the safe operation of all vehicles, prevent operational disruption, track the vehicle defects and formulate solutions to rectify technical problems.
保证所有车辆安全运行，避免发生技术故障，跟踪车辆的问题缺陷，制定解决方案。


. To execute rectification plans after the identification of recurring defects, you will formulate recovery plans to avoid further technical delays.
鉴定故障原因，执行校正计划，制定修复方案以避免故障延误。

. To attend to vehicle accident/breakdowns at all time.
密切关注车辆事故及抛锚现象的发生。

. To co-ordinate preventive maintenance, inspection and hydrostatics test scheduling for all vehicle generate through SAP including cryogenic pump, vaporizer, electrical etc. and must make sure that the job are carried out in line with AP PM program and ISO requirement.
协调管理系统中所有车辆 ，包括低温泵、蒸发器和电路等设备的保养、检查各项工作，确保每项环节均符合公司程序标准和ISO要求。

. To be responsible of recording the movement of spare parts and other inventories, service used spare parts, maintain optimum stock level and the replenishment process.
负责管理车间，包括控制备件的使用，库存明细及外部服务等各项活动，合理优化安全库存，及时补给。

. To ensure all vehicles are in good operating condition and maintain vehicle integrity at all times.
确保所有车辆始终保持运行状况良好。

. To work closely with schedulers and terminal supervisor on vehicle to be down for servicing, inspection etc.
密切配合调度、储运主管，及时安排时间对车辆进行维修、年检工作。

. To in-charge of cryogenic pumps servicing
承担低温泵维修工作。

. To participate in investigation on road accidents
参与道路事故的调查过程。

. To operate the SAP system to maintain up-to-date record of maintenance works carried out on the vehicles.
正确操作SAP系统，及时更新车辆的维修记录。

. To perform time-entry accurately on a regular basis
定期准确无误地进行工时录入。

. To ensure good housekeeping of garage and observed all safety work practices within the garage.
车间的内务管理和安全措施务必到位。


JOB REQUIREMENTS 职位要求

Preferably relevant Vocational Trade Certificate on vehicle maintenance with minimum 3 years of vehicle maintenance experience.
至少3年车辆维修工作经验，具备相关车辆维修职业证书

With truck driving license.
具备驾照

Cryogenic knowledge desirable.
具备低温知识者优先

Computer literate
