职位描述

带领自己的团队完成公司每月制定的销售目标；

合理的建议店铺促销活动及员工激励活动店铺；

日常工作管理人员管理：店长管理、店铺人员管理等；

货品管理：安排每月盘点，保证店铺库存的正确性，根据销售情况及时合理调配货品；

协调店铺与公司其他部门之间的工作，保持与各部门之间的沟通与各商场沟通及促销活动的联系与反馈与上司保持沟通；

发现问题迅速寻求方法解决 并提出合理、有利的解决方法；

任职条件

大专以上学历；

4年以上相关工作经验；

能独立带领团队,做好营运工作敬业精神,职业道德,团队合作精神；

英文读写流利；
