1. Define product that are consistent with target consumer and overall marketing strategy; Determine category/product segmentation that optimizes sales opportunities, and supports distribution channel needs.

定义产品,符合目标消费者和整体营销策略;确定产品品类/产品细分使之能优化销售,并支持分销渠道的需求。

2. Cooperate with Club Marketing Manager and branding function associates to define product purchasing plan(forecast & order), sales Program and promotion plan liase with market needs.

与球杆市场经理、品牌宣传部门同事合作，制定符合市场需求的产品采购(采购预测与订单管理)、销售计划和促销等计划。

3. Translate and localize Titleist Golf Club Product materials for promt distribution to internal staff, trade partners, and consumers.

翻译Titleist高尔夫球杆的产品宣传物料，使之本土化，更适合各地区内部员工、合作经销商以及消费者。

4. Aline with company yearly business strategy, through history business analysis and forecast analysis in target market, generate forecast report (MMF)

依据公司年度经营策略，分析历史经营数据，进行目标市场的经营预测生成报告(MMF).

5. Liaise with Headquarter Club team in product development information on the same page, guarantee the new product launching date, quality, model and functions

与总部球杆部门保持产品开发信息的同步,保证新产品上市的时间、质量、产品规格以及产品功能性。

6. Conduct market research and analysis, study the development status of peers and industries, make regular market forecast and intelligence analysis, comprehensively analyze the products and industries of competitors, and adjust competitive strategies in due time.

开展进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析，综合分析竞争对手的产品及行业情况，适时调整竞争策略。

7. Support sales meeting and other assignments from line manager

支持销售会议的举办，以及其它上级主管分配的任务。

8. Return Materials Authorization.

物料退还的授权。

任职要求：

Bachelor degree in related field

5 years working experience in Golf or sports marketing.

? Must Golf Club knowledge and Golf marketing experience

? Excellent English in speaking and listensing.

? Must take initiative, work independently, diligently, and work in a team environment.

? Solid project management, communication skills and has team management experience is a plus

Travel required.
