任职要求： 
1、具有丰富的有机合成的工作经验，1-3年经验，可以独立完成合成纯化等实验操作；
2、熟悉并能分析有机合成相关的检测鉴定结果，可以根据实际情况解决问题；
3、具有工艺优化经验，熟悉放大合成的相关内容；
4、具有ADC相关工作经验优先考虑；

5、本科及以上学历，有机化学、药物科学相关专业。
