职位描述

l Enthusiasm for and experience with Microsoft products, and passion for Microsoft technologies.

l MCP Certified in at least one of the technologies supported is preferred

l In-depth understanding of at least one of the following technologies:

1. Microsoft server products, OS core (cluster, terminal), AD, networking.

2. Exchange/Outlook.

3. Lync Server

4. SQL Server related technologies, including admin/configuration and dev.

5. SharePoint Server and Project Server related technologies

6. Office related technologies, including word, excel, PowerPoint, Access

7. C#, C++ and .Net technology.

l Good Communication skill. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

l Ability to work in a fast paced environment

l Excellent demonstrated customer service skills, one year technical support experience is preferred

Consulting or service related working experience is a preference.
