Contributes to the effort to generate high quality, accurate, and consistent data incorporated into the postings, filings and reports related to Healthcare Professional (HCP) Payment Disclosure including Sunshine Act Reporting and Financial Disclosure. The colleague will also be responsible for reconciling payment and other transfers of value data from various financial and project management systems across the organization, as well as from external third parties.

This position will partner with the Transparency Team to ensure that source systems and data repository, HCP customer master and other applicable systems evolve to meet public disclosure needs.

The colleague must bring a level of operational and repetitive accuracy in providing high-quality service reconciling large volumes of data while ensuring compliance with the established procedures.

BA/BS degree required.

Highly proficient in Excel (e.g. V-Lookup, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, etc.)

Proficient in English; strong oral and written English communication skills are essential.

Experience in finance, accounting, or management information systems.

Committed to the Continuous Improvement vision.

Strong analytical capabilities combined with superior organizational skills. Fundamental understanding of analyzing and managing large sets of data (e.g. 300 to 30,000 lines of transactions).

Developed skills in teamwork and customer focus are required.

Experience and comfortable working in cross-functional and matrix teams.

Strong technical skills, including experience/ knowledge of user query tools (Excel), underlying financial & reporting systems (SAP, Business Objects) and database tools strongly preferred.
